If you don’t have trauma, you are likely to experience it in the future - and if
you have trauma, it can be live changing and bring much happiness to get rid of it.
Trauma is a form of learning. When we are exposed to negative experiences, our bodies
and minds find ways to cope with it. We may also change our behavior. Sometimes the changes as a result of trauma are creating loops of suffering. In any case it is important to learn how to heal trauma, break cycles, and stand healthy, powerful and motivated in our lives.
