Inequality is not a thing apparently, for economists

Having studied myself several years of economics studies, first at the United World College of India, and later at the College of the Atlantic in the US, I had some of the same reservations about generally accepted "economic theory" that was applied in practice, sometimes causing exactly the opposite of the indented effect.

The example with interest rates provided in the following video by Gary Stevenson is very telling.
